What You'll Do

  • FORM.com, an award-winning provider of enterprise forms automation technology solutions, is looking to add a Channel Sales Leader to our team! You'll be responsible for creating roadmaps for channel / alliance strategy and secure high-impact, strategic partnerships which facilitate long term revenue growth. With your help, we'll accelerate market penetration by increasing revenue, driving awareness, and improving customer preference.

What We'll Achieve

  • Map out the overall reseller partner ecosystem for WorldAPP, our parent company. Identify all the relevant players and possible relationships and figure out alternative distribution strategies.
  • Work closely with sales to identify relationships that lead to immediate value by bringing in more revenue, reducing cost of sales or shortening sales cycles.
  • Work closely with marketing and executive team to identify long term possibilities for strategic alliances that can give a massive boost to our sales, our positioning or broadly improve their economics.
  • Interact with Product Management team and help to build the “whole product” roadmap. Contribute to overall product and company strategy.
  • Close all the different kinds of early deals, ranging from tactical referral agreements to the long-range strategic deals.
  • Evangelize the company and product story – work on getting key players in the data capture, low code workforce productivity ecosystem to endorse WorldAPP.
  • Increase awareness, market leadership and sales of partner solutions.
  • Build out financial and economic models including localized pricing, revenue share and other commercial models for maximizing value to the company.
  • Negotiate and close large-scale deals that benefit their partners and clients
  • Build revenue plans with all partners and roll up forecast for company.

Who You Are

  • 5-7 years of business development and deal making experience.
  • Successful Business Development reseller & SI experience at a SaaS / Cloud company a must.
  • Demonstrated experience with selling enterprise-grade products with long and complex sales cycles.
  • Proven experience at a startup in the $10M to $100M revenue growth phase, ramping up the partnership efforts from scratch - working closely / developing key partnerships with key commercial and strategic partners.
  • A highly technical individual who intuitively and intellectually understands the company’s technology and business value proposition for the enterprise / cloud / SaaS.
  • An accomplished executive with a first-rate track record in creating major strategic deals with multiple partners from first call to signed contract.
  • Candidate likely has a C.S. degree from a highly regarded university and started his/her/their career on the engineering side before migrating to a business development role which specifically requires a deep understanding of the partners’ technology and business strategy.
  • A strategic thinker who is also detail-oriented on deal points and contracts.
  • MBA from a top ten school is a plus. 

Compensation

  • The annual salary for this position is comprised of base + commission target compensation of $225,000+
