Job Description:
As a Channel Sales Commission Analyst, this person will be responsible for oversight of the commission process for RingCentral's Channel Sales Program. This is a great position for a person who thrives in managing data and creating process. In this role you will be a go-to person for all commission processes for the Channel.
Responsibilities:
- Be a main point of contact for calculating, answering inquiries and providing training on commissions with our RingCentral Sales Partners
- Distribute commission statements, coordinate data flow and process of the monthly commission run
- Prepare Executive-Level commission analysis
- Maintain a database to track all RingCentral Partner Contracts
- Ensure new products are properly accounted for in commission statements and payments
- Interface with internal Finance and A/P teams to manage distribution of commissions
- Ability to travel up to 20%
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales Analytics and Sales Commissions
- Knowledge of SAAS Channel Operations
- Experience with matrix organization
- Strong knowledge of BI tools and SalesForce.com (SFDC) is highly desirable
- Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and Vlookups
- Proficient writing, communication, and time management
- Possess a strong attention to detail, operate effortlessly in a highly dynamic environment
