Channel Development Sales Representative
FareHarbor is currently looking for an Affiliate Sales Account Representative to help expand and manage our partner sales channels and affiliate programs in Denver, CO office.
In this role, you will be focusing on prospecting and acquiring new partnerships as well as develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with our current affiliate partners.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build long-term relationships and proactively maintain communication with all activity operators, travel agents, and concierges.
- Extremely comfortable speaking with people on the phone and in person.
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships both internal and external.
- Upsell and connect affiliates with partnership and distribution opportunities.
- Improve the conversion rates of visitors referred by affiliate channels.
- Reach out to potential and existing affiliates through leads by cold calling.
- Very comfortable with new technology.
- Confident in ability to break down a problem and find unique solutions.
- Collaborate with members of the Channel Development Team.
- Consistently looks for ways to improve current processes or introduce new approaches that will contribute to the client's success.

Candidate Requirements:
- 4 Year College Degree
- Precise and detail-oriented, with a natural sense of urgency
- Self-motivated and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Possess a “Whatever it takes” attitude; be service-driven and flexible
- Utilize outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Possess an analytical mind; comfortable with Excel and numbers
- Have a passion for learning and an interest in the Travel/Tourism industry
