Candidate Success Associate
As our Candidate Success Associate, you will report to our Client Success Manager and be responsible for screening all candidates as they create initial profiles on our Vangst GIGs platform, approving qualified candidates, and walking them through the remaining steps for profile completion.

You'll be responsible for:
Screening all candidates who create an initial profile on GIGS via video conferencing
Approving candidates and walk them through the remaining steps for profile completion
Ensuring approved candidates complete all paperwork and orientation online
Supporting candidates throughout the process to ensure their process is seamless
Monitoring candidate matches on the platform and assist when needed to ensure all GIGS are filled with approved candidates
Actively recruit GIGS candidates to build a healthy pipeline of candidates
Working with CS, Director of Expansion and Marketing to creatively source new GIGS candidates via in-person activations (career fairs, pop-ups, etc)
Working with the Product team to help build future functionality of the platform
What you’ll need to be successful in this role:
College degree
1-2 years relevant experience
Comfortable with technology
Flexible with travel
Personable, action-oriented, and hard-working
