We’re growing rapidly and seeking a qualified Programmatic Campaign Manager to join our Client Experience team. If you like to deliver positive client outcomes, analyze data and patterns, and want to help shape the future of a dynamic team as we scale, this is a great opportunity for you.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Successfully create, launch, and manage  multiple advertising campaigns simultaneously 

• Consistently track, measure, and analyze the performance of campaigns (pacing, click through rates, measuring conversions, etc.) based on campaign goals

• Create detailed campaign performance reports and propose optimization strategies

• Problem-solve issues and document best practices and quality assurance processes

• Partner with account managers and strategists to increase customer renewal rates and advertising spending

• Choozle platform expert; work with them across the organization to improve processes and provide product improvement insight

WHO YOU ARE 

• Demonstrate  experience handling, organizing and managing complex, detailed oriented tasks with a high level of success and a very low error rate

• Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; thinks critically 

• Experience working and communicating with clients or internal customers focused on data, operations and/or performance conversations

• Experience with digital/programmatic advertising and advertising technology solutions (The Trade Desk, App Nexus, Facebook, AdWords, Google Marketing Platform, or any other associated ad serving technology)

• Possess solid organizational skills and high attention to detail with excellent time management skills 

• Flexible and open to new tasks, challenges or responsibilities with the ability to prioritize

• Skilled in developing and managing positive, collaborative relationships cross-departmentally

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Solid experience in Excel and MS Office
