Job Description
What you will be doing
The Business Partner for the Banking Solutions North America Sales group will work with the North America Sales leaders and the Revenue Office Business Partner to develop and execute on a strategic people agenda and related programs which will attract, develop, and retain diverse talent in line with business priorities and The People Office (TPO) strategy.
Culture & Engagement
•Establish effective partnerships across TPO, and the business
•Partner with the Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) COE to drive I&D programs and foster a creative and innovative workforce where everyone feels accepted and valued
•Engagement survey analytics –partner closely with business leaders to understand the data and co-create action plans
•Collaborate with Sales Leaders to enhance the performance management processes in order to drive a transparent, fair and accountable high-performing culture.
•Partner with leaders to embed FIS values in actions and behaviors and design appropriate recognition programs for use in the business
Data Insights / Trends
•Utilize Visier analytics and other Data Tools to understand trends to drive business decisions and align TPO initiatives, ensuring the right talent is in the right place at the right time with the right mindset
•Complete special projects including clarifying project objectives, setting timetables and schedules, conducting research, developing and organizing information, and fulfilling transactions
Talent Management
•Guide leaders on talent strategy development inclusive of skill gap analysis, talent mobility and succession planning for senior level leaders
•Design and execute strategies to develop, engage and retain diverse talent, providing teams with the coaching and content they need to succeed
•Partner with Talent Acquisition (TA) and I&D COE to build a Talent Acquisition strategy, including FIS University
Workforce planning
•Partner with business leaders to review, build, and enhance organization structures in line with TPO design principles on spans and layers, cost reduction activities, and open requisitions
•Partner with business leaders and Finance team to assist with developing budget and headcount plans
•Utilizing data analytics and partner with Sales Operations and Sales Learning to address learning needs and requirements for the future
Compensation
•Partner with Total Rewards COE to understand compensation strategy and work with business on application and education
•Manage compensation processes (e.g. merit, salary changes, bonus, and equity programs) for the group
•When necessary, consult with People Direct regarding local equity and legislative considerations
What you bring
- Experience in a Business Partner role supporting Senior Leadership within a Sales organization preferred.
- Experience with Talent Planning, including 9-boxing, succession planning and fostering talent rotation and mobility.
- Ability to work proactively and think holistically to drive change.
- Have strong organization, communication, and presentation skills.
- Possess a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
