Job Summary

WW Professional Services Portfolio & Innovation organization is seeking a strong Business Management Leader focused on driving execution excellence, cross-team initiatives and collaboration.  The Business Management Leader will play a key role in supporting the VP PS Strategy & Product Manager to drive the business operating rhythm and ensure success in the business.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the professional services business and portfolio, have knowledge of the best practices and operating model to drive consistent and sustained outcomes for the business.  He/she will have strong execution capabilities, ability to lead/drive diverse teams to collaborate effectively across functions/geographies to achieve results and the ability to work highly independently and innovatively to solve unstructured problems.  The candidate will work closely with members of the PS leadership team and key supporting functions, as well as and members from Field Sales, BU, Marketing, Pricing, Comms and IT.

Education

Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 12 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 8 years experience; or equivalent experience.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proactive in nature and have the strong capacity to work independently
• Highly collaborative and ability to drive effective engagement across all levels of the organization
• Business or Quantitative degree required, Masters preferred
• Strong experience as a portfolio manager in IT industry
• Highly methodical, structured and detail oriented
• Ability to think outside the box to creatively solve problems
