Business Development Senior Manager

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
- Identify business communications trends in the market
- Understand how to drive solutions to key problems in target segments & verticals
- Drive early-stage discovery conversations with prospective partners (including with senior leadership members and teams of technologists)
- Create and articulate joint value propositions (for customers, partners & RingCentral)
- Validate and articulate strong partner fit
- Develop business cases & ROI analysis in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Package, price and promote new solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution and launch of joint GTM programs
- Execute field events to drive opportunities and incremental revenue
- Effectively communicate RingCentral's strategies, solutions, and product roadmaps
- Travel up to 15-25%
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in launching solutions, negotiating contracts & working with partners
- Strong knowledge of the unified communications and collaboration industry's worldwide ecosystem, workflows and solutions
- Experience in working with multiple contractual models and driving projects through entire quote-to-cash processes
- Minimum of 6 years in SaaS and/or business communications industry
- Minimum of 6 years in successful business development, product marketing, and/or partner marketing
- Must have excellent communication skills & able to work with minimal direction
- Strong presentation skills, critical thinking, and cross-functional agility
- Experience influencing & collaborating with cross-organizational teams
- Ability to succeed and thrive in a fast-paced, pressure-filled, rewarding environment
- MBA preferred

If you are hired in Colorado, California, Nevada, New York, Maryland, Washington, Connecticut, Rhode Island, the compensation range for this position is between $168,800 and $247,200 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
