We are searching for a Business Development Representative! 

First off, what is CyberGRX

What does a Business Development Representative do at CyberGRX? 

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be a part of a new function at CyberGRX focused on supporting CyberGRX’s thousands of exchange members as they transition from passive participants to raving fans. You will work closely with the Director of Third-Party Community to ensure the retention and activation of CyberGRX’s exchange population. You’ll be a great relationship builder and problem solver with a hunter mentality. You’ll be the voice of CyberGRX as we execute and explore new channels of engaging with our member population. 

What a day in the life looks like: 

  • You will initiate contact with exchange members through outbound email campaigns 
  • Engage with exchange members by responding to inquiries that are generated from email campaigns 
  • Identify the needs of exchange members and escalatto the proper team 
  • You will deliver upstream sharing opportunities to the Director of Third-Party Community 
  • Organize email campaigns and schedule meetings 
  • Achieve the daily and weekly goals that are set out for the role 
  • You will become an expert with CyberGRX’s business model and product 
  • Jugglmultiple concurrent member engagements and prioritize tasks and activities appropriately 
  • Usmanual and automated data analysis toolsuch as Excel, Salesforce reports, and Zendesk to categorize and action membership data 

  

What you bring to the table: 

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Development Representative 
  • You have strong knowledge of Marketing and Sales automation tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, Groove, SalesLoft 
  • Experience dealing with prospects and current clients 
  • You have a background in support, sales, or marketing communications 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Confidence and comfort in leading outbound efforts  
  • You are organized and a self-starter 
  • You are proactive, outgoing and have no fear of engaging new contacts 
  • You are a metrics-driven individual 
  • Ability to think on the fly

Annual Base Salary Range: $40,000 – $50,000 

Annual Bonus Potential: $20,000
