Business Development Representative
Job Description
ServiceCore is looking for a talented business development representative to join our enterprise sales team. This person will be primarily responsible for booking demos with target personas at high-value accounts through a combination of outbound tactics. These demos are a key source of growth and revenue for the company so success in this position is essential.
This position will report directly to the sales manager with support and training from both the sales and marketing teams to achieve sustainable, repeatable success. These teams are goaled together so we collaborate to ensure all team members are in a position to be successful.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to handle rejection
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with Salesforce.com and Outreach.io are a plus but not required
- Adaptable to a agile working environment
- Research skills
Day to Day Job Requirements
- Place outbound calls & emails to potential customers.
- Understand and be able to articulate the software - prospects should be able to ask our BDRs the key questions they have in determining if ServiceCore is going to be a fit.
- Work in Salesforce.com & Outreach.io to manage leads and prospects, book demos, and hand off to account executives.
- Reach target quotas for both output (demos) and activity (calls & emails) metrics.
- Keep track of your own pipeline and potential conversions across all systems.
- Download and source new leads from a variety of sources to further qualify.
