Business Development Representative
Work on the frontlines of new customer acquisition in a collaborative, high-achieving team at a fast-growing Boulder-based software company. We empower hard-working businesses across the country to solve their hourly hiring challenges. You'll work closely with an accomplished team of serial entrepreneurs to help scale an innovative, proven product solving a big problem for a huge market.
What you'll do:
- Proactively identify and reach out to businesses nationwide from our office in Downtown Boulder.
- Build and manage your pipeline via high-volume outbound phone and email activity.
- Consult with company stakeholders to determine whether The Hiring Engine can solve their hiring challenges.
- Collaborate with the sales team to build a strong pipeline of software demo appointments with promising opportunities.
- Play a key role building and shaping a fast growing, early stage company.
What it takes to be successful:

- 1-3+ years experience in a high volume outbound sales role is helpful, but not required.
