You'll work closely with an accomplished team of serial entrepreneurs to help scale an innovative, proven product solving a big problem for a huge market.

What you'll do:

 - Proactively identify and reach out to businesses nationwide from our office in Downtown Boulder.
 - Build and manage your pipeline via high-volume outbound phone and email activity.
 - Consult with company stakeholders to determine whether The Hiring Engine can solve their hiring challenges.
 - Collaborate with the sales team to build a strong pipeline of software demo appointments with promising opportunities.
 - Play a key role building and shaping a fast growing, early stage company.

What it takes to be successful:

 - Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy.
 - Intellectual curiosity and a positive attitude.
 - Growth mindset, coachable.
 - Motivation to be in a goal-oriented, quota-carrying role.
 - 1-3+ years experience in a high volume outbound sales role is helpful, but not required.
