 Business Development Representative

Are you in the starting gate of your sales career and looking for an opportunity to use your innate persuasion abilities? We are looking for just the right person to help us generate new business opportunities using our proven prospecting process. This is a FastTrack to Account Executive if you show us what you’re made of. If you a person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to uncover, research and target new business to fill our sales pipeline, let’s talk!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Identifying new sales opportunities to maintain and expand the pipeline to meet their monthly sales goals
  • Working with Senior Account Executives to identify decision makers and influencers within prospective organizations in the commercial real estate space
  • Contacting and evaluating prospects to advance the sales process to the next step
  • Tracking and recording your progress in Salesforce and reporting metrics regularly
  • Learning all the nitty gritty details of commercial real estate and the people within this exciting industry

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • BS degree in a business discipline or some foundational inside sales experience
  • Interest in commercial real estate and technology
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, metrics driven environment; athletes encouraged to apply
  • An intellectual hunter, curious, fearless and persistent
  • Well refined communication skills on the phone and in writing
  • A positive mental attitude and a respectable repertoire of jokes to work everyday
  • Passionate about helping us build a world class company
