You’ve always been competitive, love interacting with people, and you know a career in sales is your thing.  Formal sales experience is a definite plus.  You’re super ambitious, intrinsically motivated and able to act as both a contributor and executor.

This is a high-profile position for an assertive, self-directed person who wants to hone their enterprise sales skills.  The business development representative will be targeting large revenue driving opportunities within PaySimple’s Partnership and Business Development Channel.  The position will be a core function of our team as they target, nurture and develop relationships with business owners and executives. This is a great stepping stone to move into an enterprise sales position at PaySimple. Check out more about the role below:


Responsibilities:

·         Running a hyper-efficient pipeline of qualified businesses through an authentic and strategic engagement plan

·         Effectively engaging with businesses through a suite of sales engagement tools including calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging, video engagement and more

·         Leverage current partnerships with franchisees and business owners to identify, nurture and develop relationships with enterprise level opportunities

·        Set demo appointments with franchisees and business owners for PaySimple’s team of Sales Representatives

·       Effectively understanding the unique value proposition PaySimple offers to franchisees and business owners, leveraging this knowledge to sell the opportunity

·         Identify decision makers and determine buying process

·         Determine prospect's business needs and build value in PaySimple’s service as a solution

·         Work closely with Manager to increase the number of qualified sales opportunities

 
Experience and Skills:

·         Excellent interpersonal and telephone sales skills are required

·         Reliable, strong work ethic and ability to follow our process rigorously, methodically, and independently

·       Demonstrated and proven sales results

·        Persuasive and goal-oriented

·         Possesses an outgoing, authentic and friendly demeanor

·         Eager to expand company revenue with new sales and clients

·         Intrinsically motivated and self-directed

·         Able to prioritize and manage time efficiently

·        Efficient computer skills for documentation and research (Outlook, Office, LinkedIn, etc.)

·        1-3 years’ experience in business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience a major plus

·        In-depth understanding of a variety of industries is a plus  

·        SalesForce experience a plus

·        Bachelor’s Degree required
