Where you fit in:
Parsyl’s products and market opportunities are developing rapidly. You will be a leader in creating Parsyl’s commercial team, responsible for matching product capabilities with market needs and cultivating strategic partnerships. As an early member of a fast-growing startup, you will wear many hats, from lead generation to customer onboarding to building scalable business processes. You will contribute both to the big picture of Parsyl’s road map, as well as make critical, tactical decisions that will drive company evolution and growth.

Qualifications:
5+ years’ experience in a commercial role (sales, business development, account management, customer success, or marketing). Expert understanding of the function of each role and how they interact. Startup experience a plus.
Experience overseeing multifaceted projects. Comfortable managing timelines, budgets, and communications between diverse teams.
Experience creating or managing B2B sales processes
Ready and willing to be a customer experience ambassador who has a hand in all client interactions
Excited about facilitating rapid product development by managing the flow of feedback between customers and internal product and engineering teams.
Experience generating leads using multiple channels such as cold calling, trade shows, email campaigns, digital marketing, search engine optimization/organic search and others
Experience vetting and implementing scalable business software tools
Able to take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something valuable for customers
Extraordinary communication and leadership skills
Ready and willing to get your hands dirty and wear many hats in a fast-paced and ever-changing startup environment
