Our agency is based in Greenwood Village, Colorado.

The Role: The Business Development Manager will build & foster their network in pursuit of meeting business owners we can help. They then schedule these owners to meet for a consultation concerning their online presence and marketing strategy.

This is done through prospecting activities like cold calling, attending networking events, in-person prospecting, outbound email and LinkedIn activity, attending conferences and creating strategic partnerships. Once initial meetings are set, you’ll research their digital presence and give a demo showing business gaps and propose Epic's ongoing solutions. Once accounts are closed, the services are handled by our project manager and internal team.

Qualifications

· 4+ years professional experience

· 2+ years direct sales experience

· Strong at building & converting relationships to sales appointments

· Able to Work Full-Time in our Denver office

Compensation

· Base salary with high yield commissions

- First year ‘on target earnings’ of $50-80k and second year 75-130k

· Unlimited PTO upon success in the role, 401k, dental insurance, Aflac

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Salary: $60,000.00 to $90,000.00 /year
