Responsibilities:
- Lead larger Tier1 customers: Establish a strategic business plans with RingCentral and partner execs and leaders
- Negotiate give/gets on relationship expansion and in support of new initiatives.
- Lead a team of Salespeople working on Tier 1 accounts
- Empower team and manage targets/funnel for the team
- Define relevant sales programs that drive customer selection of RingCentral and partner solution.
- Lead sell-through at the account and expand into all sales organizations
- Define go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of go-to-market partners.
- Coordinate and ensure joint marketing messaging and objectives for awareness and preference campaigns that produce leads and referrals.
- Develop and nurture cross company relationships and mutual goal setting.
- Run executive communication, positioning and relationships.
- Lead a cadence of communication that includes meaningful engagement for all aspects of the business to include joint quarterly business reviews, newsworthy events and customer concerns.
- Own effective communication – scorecards, dashboards, highlights, events, updates, etc. that effectively drives your agenda to partners and influencers.
- Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion
Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience in working with Tier 1 customers
- Solutions selling and/or marketing experience a BIG plus
- Experience in financial planning, forecasting and simple Excel data modeling in support of your programs, campaigns and in justifying resourcing
