What does an Associate Salesforce Admin do at Cyber GRX?

As an Associate Salesforce Admin, you’ll have a deep curiosity and desire to learn. You will have excellent organizational skills in relation to digital assets. You will secure the environment on a day to day basis. You’ll communicate, coordinating, and assist our user base, containing both highly skilled technical teammates and less experienced teammates. You’ll constantly monitor and act on an ongoing stream of requests from systems and people. You will learn cyber security terminology, understand our security framework, have an understanding of almost every business function and maintain the security of the various environments they work in.

What a day in the life looks like:

• You will check on overnight monitoring and clear any active issues.
• You’ll meet with leaders throughout the day as needed.
• You will continuously monitor automated processes around assessment orders and data updates, handling exceptions, solving problems, and coordinating escalation efforts where necessary.
• You’ll spend some time each day on Data Curation projects. You will have a strong emphasis on data curation and manipulation.
• You will assist users with various questions and technical tasks.
• You’ll develop Salesforce solutions for department leads and assist them with reports, dashboards, field creations, automated flows, and integrations between Salesforce and other software.
• You will provision users, maintain and create user profiles, monitor system usage.
• You’ll learn and develop through working with a great leader!

What you bring to the table:

• You have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
• You’ve got 1-2 years working with Salesforce.
• You have a familiarity and comfort with command line interfaces, Mac working environments, cloud-based software, and software in general.
• You are organized and cheerful in the face of constant questions and requests.
• You have a degree OR equivalent work experience that demonstrates teachability and a hunger for constant learning.

Bonus Skills (Not required):

• You have your Security + certification.
• You’ve got a Salesforce admin certification.
• You have experience with MacOSX, Linux, Bash shells, Python.
• You’ve got data analysis, visualization, and reporting skills with (Excel, Tableau, Einstein analytics, R/Python)
• You have experience with Hubspot, Strikedeck, Email integrations, or any other integration maintenance with Salesforce.
• You’ve got experience using JIRA, Trello, or other Kanban based workflow tools.
