SmartMedia Technologies is hiring an Associate Creative Director with a focus on the Sales phase of creative production who will join our team in creating interactive Web3 marketing campaigns for lifestyle and product brands around the globe. The ACD will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team by overseeing and executing proposal decks from ideation to design.
The SmartMedia Stack, including our proprietary NFT and Web3 design studio, powers SmartMedia Technologies' end-to-end solution to drive first-party data acquisition, user engagement and loyalty across a digital and mobile-first audience.
The successful candidate will work closely with the creative director, Associate Creative Directors and sales team oversees the creation of ideation and proposals.
What you will be doing:

Associate Creative Director oversees campaign execution and art, aligning goals and objectives with results. Defining and conveying what works, and delivering reports with recommendations on how to improve.

What you will be doing:
- Developing and conceptualizing a UI/UX design strategy for the brand
- Producing high quality proposal decks
- Build storyboards to conceptualize designs and convey project plans to prospective and existing clients
- Eagerness to learn our proprietary platform & ideate engaging user experiences that both leverage and push the envelope of our technology
- Leadership: teach design/organization techniques to team of designers, support their growth, and take initiative to leverage our talent pool to execute on creative ideas
- Startup environment: we are innovating every day. Team members must be comfortable/willing to be uncomfortable in unknown territory, be willing to try new things, ideate and problem-solve together
- Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the concept development of tailored experiences for the digital user
What you need to be great in this role:
- A Bachelor's or Masters degree and/or 5+ years of design experience design experience for digital products and services
- A portfolio of work for both web and mobile platforms
- Experience presenting design ideas to internal team members, peers and/or clients
- Experience taking artwork from concept to completion
- Experience working in fast-paced environments
- Enthusiasm about working collaboratively with remote teams
- Leadership experience
- The ability to take direction and shift gears quickly
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Eagerness and dedication to troubleshooting, problem solving, learning through trial and error
- Ability and eagerness to learn new technology (that allows you to creative interactive digital experiences from the ground up)
- Proficient with visual design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Element 3D, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
