Healthgrades is seeking a Associate Account Manager to join the Healthgrades team! Are you looking for a company where you can grow and make a difference?

As a Associate Account Manager, you will partner with the Operations and Account Management Teams to deliver superior partnerships to customers and clients. You will provide exemplary customer service, optimal program management, and efficient project management in an effort to build and retain customer satisfaction.

 

What you will do:

  • Responsible for strategizing, onboarding, daily operations, billing, and reporting for clients
  • Work against strict deadlines to update and manage Premium Profiles
  • Understand, communicate, document, and ensure the delivery of all program requirements and any special needs as defined for each customer or client
  • Assist in troubleshooting any client issues
  • Assist with phone tracking and analytics vendors, looping in other teams (Ad Operations, Technical Product Managers, etc.) as necessary
  • Help with the implementation of local market advertising, when necessary

 

What you will bring:

  • Strong customer service background preferred
  • 1-2 years of professional work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to prioritize workload and stay organized in a dynamic, high pressure, fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
  • A generally positive, can-do attitude, with a detail oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com and Photoshop, a bonus
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
