The Social Agent account executives promote social media advertising solutions for real estate agents & mortgage professionals nationwide. Our sales team connect with Brokers, Teams and Agent to advertise on Facebook & Instagram in their local markets. We drive results for our clients by branding them and the largest social media platforms to engage local consumers. The Job

The role of the Sales Account Executive is to drive revenue by acquiring new clients in their local markets. Account Executives are required to cold call, handle inbound leads & inquiries. The goal is too sell our market inventory and drive revenue through client acquisition. The role requires a heavy productivity, a great attitude and the ability to follow-up and close the sale.

  • Primary responsibility is acquiring new clients for The Social Agent
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas and budgets
  • Reach out to prospective clients through phone sales (100+ dials/day)
  • Handle inbound leads from potential clients with courtesy and urgency
  • Market-Based Sales Skills
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales quota
  • Create a great client experience from the front-lines

  • Be a sales professional

The Candidate

  • Previous Sales Success
  • 2+ years of inside sales or phone sales
  • Track record of closing transactional and consultative sales
  • Possess a highly competitive mindset
  • Online advertising sales background is a plus
  • High ethical values and professionalism
  • Ability to prioritize and utilize time management
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Highly proficient in online web applications & systems
  • CRM experience preferred
