Job Description
The Account Manager will have the opportunity to make an impact on our growing Retail business unit. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive profitable growth with an excellent customer experience. The customer account manager will fully leverage cross functional teams and capabilities to drive retail success.
Responsibilities
- Drive and deliver consumption and share growth of the Sunday portfolio
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationship across multiple category buyers while managing operational day to day account management
- Responsible for maintaining the Sunday item catalog in retailer system
- Create insights- driven, fact-based, brand specific presentations for regular account meetings and business line reviews.
- Track and action customer, category and competitive performance insights
- Responsible for maintenance of internal customer forecast and promotional planning across categories, delivering cross functional alignment on account plans and performance
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure customers metrics are met and maintained across content and supply chain
- Identify and mobilize opportunities across assortment, distribution and merchandising
- Influence shopper marketing strategy and customer experience in partnership with Shopper Marketing Manager
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure the customer voice, expectations and joint plans are integrated into innovation, marketing and supply chain
- Deliver insights based recommendations that drive Sunday/retailer growth while achieving velocity, profit and share goals
- Contribute to building retailer specific strategy across pricing, innovation and marketing
Qualifications
- Account management or sales experience (4+ years)
- Analytics and forecasting experience
- Proven record of customer and promotional planning
- Foundational financial acumen
- Functional knowledge of marketing, supply chain and insights
- Project/program management experience
