Account Manager

The Account Manager is responsible for helping real estate agents on BiggerPockets connect with our community of real estate investors. This role is a blend of inside sales, and customer success. It is perfect for an individual who is great at building relationships, takes initiative, and has a genuine interest in helping our customers succeed.

Role Responsibilities:
- Identify real estate agents who are good candidates for Premium memberships
- Strategically focus on expanding the geographic coverage of our directory (ensure we have great agents in every major market in the United States)
- Develop & disseminate marketing materials to real estate agents to inform them about the benefits of our Premium membership
- Craft an onboarding process that ensures real estate agents fully understand and utilize the features of their Premium membership
- Proactively identify Premium members who are not fully utilizing their membership and work with them to maximize results
- Drive Premium member retention by establishing an excellent Customer Success program
- Identify Premium members who are interested in, and could benefit from Featured Advertising for referral to the sales team
- Be the ‘voice of the customer’ for Premium real estate agents, and work closely with the product team to continuously improve the Premium membership

- Excellent relationship building skills and a genuine desire to help our customers
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement new processes from scratch
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Able to strategically prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment
- Data literacy, and the ability to analytically demonstrate the impact of your work
- Experience in real estate is a plus
Education & Experience:
- 3-5 years in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar role
