We are looking for our first Account Manager to join our Boulder team. This is a full time position.

What you will be doing

As an Account Manager, you will manage the relationship from the sales side with customers ranging from startups to fortune 100. You will look for opportunities to add additional products, uplifts and services within your assigned accounts.

Stream is a fast growing startup based in the heart of downtown Boulder, with a beautiful office in Amsterdam as well. We take pride in providing the most feature rich, scalable Chat and Feed solutions in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a regular communication cadence with your assigned accounts
  • Learn as much detail about our products as possible to ensure a valuable experience for our prospects, thereby increasing your ability to add value and revenue
  • Maintain records in Salesforce and Hubspot
  • Coordinate with marketing on initiatives to drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities in your accounts
  • Make your number

You have

  • 2+ years of SaaS account management experience
  • Solid understanding of what terms like API, SDK, and React mean
  • Excellent speaking, demo and writing skills
  • Personal drive to not just meet but blow out your quota

Located on Boulder's Pearl Street pedestrian mall, our office is steps from popular restaurants and a few miles from hiking trails. We also have an office in Amsterdam where Stream was started, and many employees work remotely globally. More than 25 nationalities collaborate on Stream's products!
