Your Mission

You’ll work closely with the sales and customer success teams to help renew existing customers and broaden their use of Propeller’s suite of products. You’ll prevent churn alongside customer success performing quarterly business reviews with the customer. You’ll lead Propeller’s efforts to establish an account management function within the organization, by implementing new processes and standards for handling existing customers.

About You 

You’ve got B2B software experience and you understand the SaaS business model.  You’re passionate about delivering customer value and building a team from the ground up.  You’re a self-starter with the ability to operate independently and produce results in a fast-paced, rapidly expanding environment. You can command a room with your physical/virtual presence and can navigate corporate politics within our customers’ organizations to deliver successful outcomes.

To do this you will:

  • Proactively grow value of more than 100 accounts across the globe.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with customers.

  • Understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Develop processes to scale account management as a function of the business, including CRM adoption, automation, standard business reviews, etc.

  • Maintain net-negative ARR churn across portfolio of accounts.

Your Skills

  • Experience in account management, specifically growing account value, expansions, and upsells.

  • Ability to speak confidently with customers.

  • Passion for delivering a second-to-none customer experience.

  • Exceptional organization, presentation, project management, and communication skills (both verbal and written).

  • Must have the ability to build a value proposition through effective probing and understanding of the customer’s business model in addition to strong presentation/negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport and credibility.

  • Team player, ability to successfully work with both the customer success and sales teams.
