Account Support Representative
As an Account Support Rep, you will be responsible to support the execution of programs and channel plans for our distribution partners. You will partner closely with our Retail and Pro sales teams to execute channel marketing and merchandising plans to support strategic business goals. This role will support the sales team and perform administrative duties to ensure customer satisfaction and execution across sales channels.
Responsibilities:
Manage third party partners to support execution within brick and mortar retail and distribution locations
Monitor all ecommerce sites to ensure that Rachio content is relevant and in line with market and competitive trends. Coordinate with marketing around new content and strategies to grow the Rachio brand presence with ecommerce partners
Assist with planning and execution of all sales promotions. Perform analysis on past performance and make recommendations for future promotional events.
Manage brick and mortar execution, including monitoring shelf presence, pick tickets, POP, rebates and wingstack efforts.
Manage relationship with regional retail partners as directed by the Director of Retail.
Analyze data to assess overall sales performance. Present to the sales team with suggestions for improvement.
Perform administrative duties as directed by the sales team, including, but not limited too: managing contacts in salesforce, maintaining current list of distribution partners and preparing sales reports and presentations.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the smart home market and distribution dynamics.
Monitor inventory levels within the retail and pro channels - coordinate with in stock manager to ensure all partners are in stock
Manage the set-up and launch of new products within existing channels.
Coordinate orders with the production team to ensure that all ordered products are delivered accurately and on-time.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience as an account manager within a sales environment
Experience with distribution or retail partners a plus
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with internal and external partners effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.com
Ability to work independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.
