Let’s Roam is a startup that helps people explore the world and connect with others through scavenger hunts, BarHunts, restaurant experiences and more. Our activities help people connect with their environment through fun challenges and interactive games. About This Position

Mission

Be the first individual to join our dining account manager team and build relationships with restaurants and bars that are partnered with Let’s Roam & Dine. Retain, onboard, and upsell accounts over the phone.

Outcomes

  • Effectively manage ~200 restaurants and bars

  • Create and implement a strategy to retain and grow partnerships with bars/restaurants

  • Upsell select restaurants to our paid plan

  • Create an effective system to automate and manage accounts

  • Positively represent our brand image with partners

  • Implement a strategy to earn referrals from existing partners

Competencies

  • At least 2 years of Account Management experience

  • At least 1 year of sales experience

  • Positive

  • Detail oriented and organized

  • Great communication skills (phone, email, etc.)

 

Other competencies not required:

  • Experience with customer service

  • Startup experience

Position Description

  1. 40% - Manage restaurant and bar partners

    1. Share important data with restaurants

    2. Ensure partner happiness and retention

  2. 30% - Onboard new partners

    1. Ensure partners understand the product

    2. Train staff/employees

  3. 20% - Grow partnerships with bars and restaurants

    1. Ask for referrals for new partners

    2. Upsell to new products and features

  4. 10% - Build a network and add value to businesses

    1. Inform new restaurants on progress and features

    2. Provide value adds to businesses

      1. e.g. create newsletter of best practices, tips, etc.

The Let's Roam HQ is in the heart of downtown Denver. Overlook the Rocky Mountains from our 14th floor office. Access to trains and great food nearby.
