Account Manager

CommercialTribe seeks an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow our existing customer accounts.  The successful applicant will focus on acquiring additional revenue streams from existing clientele and driving strategic initiatives that lead to utilization. The Account Manager will be responsible for meeting quarterly renewal and growth goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.  This role will manage a minimum of 25 accounts concurrently. We are looking for a sales-oriented professional who values customer engagement.

The Account Executive is responsible for renewing and growing Mid-Market (100-500 sellers) to Enterprise (>500 sellers) accounts within an assigned territory to meet and exceed quota.   

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage relationship with client’s economic buyer and key account stakeholders
  • Build ROI models to support renewal and upsell discussions
  • Network internally within an account to expand relationships with Sales Enablement, Sales Leadership and Marketing across Role, Region and Business Unit
  • Identify strategic initiatives to drive product adoption and utilization
  • Develop and lead account strategy, including performing internal account reviews, business review with the client, overall allocation of resource and re-engagement with stalled accounts
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise around sales training, sales coaching and seller development
  • Negotiate and close renewal and upsell contracts - manage pricing and purchase process
  • Maintain accurate activity and opportunity data in CRM, leading to accurate pipeline forecast
  • Demonstrate continuous mastery of selling the CommercialTribe solution, including the release of new products and services, ability to articulate the product vision and roadmap, and competitive landscape vis-a-vis CommercialTribe unique value proposition

 

Qualification and Skills

  • 5+ years of account management experience
  • Experience managing a book of business
  • Familiarity with sales training and/or sales coaching
  • History of achieving quota and/or revenue targets
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Problem Solver
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
