ServiceCore is looking for an Account Executive to acquire and build relationships with small businesses in the liquid waste management industry. This role requires a consultative and holistic approach to the customer lifecycle. This is a quota-carrying role and is expected to hit the agreed monthly goals and objectives. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.


  • Prospect new business (prospecting practices)

  • Own entire sales cycle including; discovery, product recommendations, negotiating, and closing to generate new business

  • Work with and give feedback to SDR and marketing teams to ensure targeting and qualifying of right fit prospects

  • Drive value to customers by advising how ServiceCore can increase decrease cost and increase revenue for the business by making their day-to-day office operations more efficient. 

  • Game plan and execute an account strategy to deliver maximum revenue potential

  • Exceed monthly sales goals

  • Proactive daily CRM input to manage and organize your pipeline


  • Must have 2-4 years sales experience

  • Proven experience and ability to sell to customers / grow a user base

  • Proven track record: you’re a consistent top performer and have excelled throughout your career

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM

  • Smart and business savvy with consultative, problem solving, and issue resolution skills

  • Motivated self-starter who can achieve results while balancing demanding expectations

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Highly organized and able to manage a large pipeline of prospective clients

  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

The office is 20 mins from Denver and on the edge of Golden. It is 5 mins from bars, 10 mins from a hike and 40 mins from the mountain.

In addition to our official titles, we're a motley bunch of poker pros, rugby players, sneaker-heads, skiers/boarders, film buffs, musicians, hikers, and everything in between. Our fridge is usually stocked with equal parts seltzer water and cold beer. And we play a healthy amount of Super Smash Bros.

What does your typical day look like?

The day starts off with a Dev Team standup, a place to voice any blockers or impediments to getting projects done. After that is meetings with customer support, marketing, and the prod dev team. By the afternoon, I will work on a design project or cs related tasks. Late afternoon is training new hires on new tools. Then it's time to go home!



How has your career grown since starting at the company?

Exceptionally, I am a true believer in creating my own destiny. I keep an open mind, look for learning opportunities around every corner and speak up.

I am a strong believer in leading from the front for my CS team. Being that we are the user-facing group for our accounts, being a resource for my team at every turn that they need me is critical. Besides physically sitting with them, I also conduct weekly meetings to discuss hot topics, provide necessary coaching and help them remove blockers
