We simplify the gear booking process with virtual aisles of rental products available at the click of a button. Gearo empowers retailers with an innovative SaaS software platform that helps optimize shop rental operations. 

 

We are looking to hire an ambitious, outgoing and enthusiastic Account Executive to join our team. We are a fast-growing start-up company in the outdoor industry. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented to help expand our growing business (and isn’t afraid to roll with a start-up).

 

Summary of Job

The Account Executive is responsible for expanding our national footprint with outdoor retailers and brands. 

 

Candidate should be

  • Outgoing - highly extroverted and enjoys meeting new people
  • Self-motivated - does not need to be micromanaged
  • Ambitious - desire to grow as a person and within their role
  • Aware - ability to listen and understand prospects and customers
  • Articulate - has great communication skills
  • Organized - has a methodical mindset

 

Tasks/Duties

  • Prospect outreach to new retailers and brands via cold-calling, emailing and trade shows
  • Manage all leads and pipeline in Hubspot CRM 
  • Meetings with demos to prospective retailers and brands 
  • Maintaining relationships with retailers by providing information, support and guidance

 

Payment:

Base Salary: $40K 

Commission Target: $60K+ 

Total Salary + Commission Target: $100K+
