It will be your job to help organizations to design and implement custom rewards and recognition solutions.
We need someone to:
- Help clients design and implement rewards and recognition programs
- Take meetings with new potential clients and suggest solutions to problems they need help with
- Prospect for new business
- Manage and exceed their quota
- Help us take Wishlist Rewards to the next level
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Receptive to coaching and adaptive to change
- Demonstrated ability to thrive independently and win deals
- Ability to analyze/understand leading technologies and organizations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
