FRONTSTEPS is looking for experienced SAAS sales professionals to sell the only unified software platform in the industry. The ideal candidate will have experience selling enterprise wide solutions with in the Property Management Space.
The FRONTSTEPS Platform combines Community Operations, In App Payments and Security Solutions to our customer bases. If you have experience selling payments, security, accounting services or messaging applications to any type of property management companies we would love to talk to you.
Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ experience selling software, products or services to organizations who have matrix organizations. You will work with the Owners, CEO’s, CFO’s and VP of Operations at the enterprise level while working with the individual communities to increase adoption and penetration with in the assigned accounts. The Account Executive is responsible for both growing our existing client base and building a new territory and will have a history of bringing on new business and achieving sales quotas.
We are looking for an ambitious and value-oriented sales professional that understands how to conduct proper sales discovery and manage the entire strategic sales process. Experience with the real estate software vertical would be a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Consistent performance with effective prospecting to build and expand your pipeline.
Ability to conduct successful consultative discovery to identify customer challenges and then present effective technology solutions that improve our customers' efficiencies to reduce expenses and drive revenues.
Skills to sell at the C Suite and ability to drive sales in a complex SaaS buying cycle.
Ability to manage and develop a pipeline through SalesForce and effective forecasting practices.
Effective time management skills to prioritize opportunities that drive revenue producing activity and sales.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates Degree or equivalent 3-5 years of work experience
2+ year(s) B2B software sales experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong technical acumen to understand the FRONTSTEPS software platform
Proactive mindset who is also coachable for continued development
Strongly demonstrated independent work ethic
Ability to work in a team sales environment and collaborate with other organization partners
