As an Account Executive at our client, you’ll have a significant impact on the growth of the business through new customer acquisition, interaction with the leadership team and by providing input on the future of the sales process. You will be the face of sales for a modern, responsive POS solution built in the cloud. For the right person, this could lead to Sales Management position in the future.

This is a potentially remote position with the home base being in Denver but with a distributed workforce, so enjoy working wherever you work best with a team that is passionate, wicked smart, and pushing boundaries every day. 

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU 

  • Work directly with prospects to show them how this new Point of Sale software can meet their unique needs and transform their bottom line 
  • Perform outbound sales activities such as phone calls, emails, and demo scheduling
  • Meet or exceed key activity metrics for calls, emails, qualified opportunities, demos booked, and more
  • Follow up on sales leads, qualify prospects, passionately demonstrate our technology, and create and deliver effective presentations 
  • Maintain accurate notes, activity and opportunity data in CRM 
  • Become a product expert, able to walk business owners through the full experience and show them how it helps transform the customer experience 
  • Drive revenue by navigating the customer buying process, engaging key stakeholders, and ultimately closing the deal. 
  • Effectively manage pipeline, sales activity, and provide accurate forecasting 
  • Work closely with the internal support team to keep customers satisfied and accounts growing
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

WHO YOU ARE

  • 3-5 years of experience selling B2B SaaS products with a proven track record of success in a high-volume, fast-paced role— (BONUS: Past work with POS software, eCommerce software, or selling software in the multi-store or franchise space is especially interesting to us)
  • You are hungry and have a strong internal drive: you need little to no guidance and own targets and projects from beginning to end 
  • While your drive is beyond measurable you have an equal portion of being a team player
  • You have extreme attention to detail
  • You are comfortable in a low-structure environment where you will be asked to create many of the processes and get to take strong ownership of the sales environment 
  • Articulate, with insanely strong communication skills both oral and written 
  • Trained on effective opportunity discovery and an ability to speak/sell to prospect pain points 
  • Have worked with clients consultative and have a proven track record of closing accounts 
  • In a perfect world, your early adopter of technology and excited by the ways technology is changing our world for the better
  • An amazing, bold, humble, determined, humorous personality
  • Ideally based in the Denver area
  • Comfortable with a base + commission structure with a draw period to help you get off the ground—Base and OTE dependent upon experience
