PaySimple is looking for a resourceful, driven, results-oriented sales professional to drive new logo acquisition for one of our primary lines of business. The Studio Director (TSD) is a purpose-built SaaS solution that provides comprehensive business management for dance, gymnastics, and martial arts studio owners.  TSD enables best-in-class course and tuition management, scheduling, parent/student portal access, and payment processing. In this role, you’ll benefit from our presence as a market share leader, a robust inbound lead generation program, and the autonomy to drive your own success.  You’ll also have a direct impact/influence on our go-to-market messaging, packaging, roadmap, and associated decisions.

Where:

PaySimple is located in Denver’s RiNo district, conveniently located on the A line, just one stop from Union Station. Our collaborative, open-plan office space is filled with high-energy, talented people who enjoy our weekly lunches, monthly happy hours, and hanging out and working in our amazing space with their co-workers. Our teams are working remotely, with a partial re-opening pilot currently in place and scheduled return-to-office that’s TBD.


Responsibilities:

  • Consistently meet and/or exceed established targets for new revenue acquisition
  • Identify, initiate, and nurture relationships with leads both over the phone and via email
  • Perform a comprehensive discovery, assessment, presentation, demo, proposal, pricing, and negotiation to drive suitable prospects to success and closed new business
  • Assess, manage, and accurately forecast a pipeline of SMB prospects/potential customers
  • Partner with sales and marketing leaders to enhance the current product offering and further develop the sales and onboarding process for new customers
  • Identify opportunities to add/attach PaySimple payment processing services as part of the selling process
  • Travel, as necessary, to industry tradeshows and partner conferences in the future


Experience and Skills:

  • 2-4 years of experience in SaaS or other technology sales
  • Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding assigned quota and bookings targets
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while helping to innovate on established and new processes
  • Experience executing multi-touch cadences for follow-up and new prospect engagement
  • Excellent phone presence and strong writing skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite a bonus
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, sales engagement software, and Microsoft Office a bonus
  • Dance or gymnastics industry experience is also a plus

Compensation: On-target earnings (OTE) of $100K+ in Denver and most remote locations. 

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
