Nymbl is looking for an outstanding Account Executive to manage all aspects of the sales cycle in our payer business line. The ideal candidate will bring tenacity and focus to prospect new/targeted accounts, generate outbound activities, set meetings, build pipeline, and close business in large, complex payer relationships. Candidates should possess a track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals/activity metrics in a B2B enterprise position and have a passion for improving the lives of older adults.

Our mission is to prevent 1 million falls. We are challenging the belief that older is less.

Nymbl is a Colorado-based digital health startup that produces the Nymbl Balance System, a comprehensive software solution to improve balance and prevent falls among seniors. Every 17 seconds someone falls and goes to the ER, costing $50 billion per year. Yet, most of these falls are preventable and we are passionate about helping to fix this problem! We want to enable older adults to live fuller, more engaging lives - for longer.

Here’s what we’ve accomplished so far:

  • Rollouts with multiple major payers
  • Recently closed a round of funding
  • Validated product/market fit with an initial 30 customers
  • Identified target market of 300 additional plans

WHAT YOU’LL DO IN YOUR NYMBL POSITION

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline development to closing deals across our payer line of business
  • Sell into Medicare Advantage accounts ranging from 10,000 covered lives to several million
  • Manage a detailed sales process, clearly executing a deal strategy that allows other company resources to easily engage and align in the process
  • Create an effective outreach strategy in order to meet and exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals
  • Engage in a fluid feedback model that will inform our messaging, priorities, and product roadmap decisions
  • Work collaboratively with Customer Success to ensure the proper on-boarding and success of new clients
  • Consistently hit quarterly sales quota and objectives
  • Prepare and execute on contracts and contract negotiation
  • Travel as necessary to close new business
  • NOTE:  This is an individual contributor role and emphasis will be placed on your ability to carry an executive presence as the face of Nymbl

 

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 3 years of direct quota carrying B2B enterprise sales
  • Resilience and persistence in closing deals
  • A proven track record at or above quota for consecutive years (reference accounts required)
  • Natural curiosity, an inquisitive nature, and a true desire to learn and grow
  • Demonstrated ability to win large program relationships
  • Ability to build a sales process through the full cycle
  • An understanding of startup environment and willingness to break through walls
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive independently
  • Exceptional communication and attention to detail
  • The highest level of integrity
  • Experience in the insurance payer space is a plus
  • Experience with CRM
  • Willingness to travel as needed
