We sell our SaaS platform to real estate agents, lenders and loan servicers to engage their clients and prospects throughout the entire homeownership lifecycle. Our customers love us and we love them! 

We are scaling rapidly and need an experienced, consultative Mid-Market Account Executive to be a part of our Sales team to help us grow through new account acquisition and growth of existing Homebot customers.

This is a full-time position based in our Denver, CO office, or remote. (Currently, due to COVID-19, we are working remotely and will continue to do so until October 28, 2021. Until then, you can work remotely in another state, but will eventually need to be in the Denver area once we reopen. When we return to office, we will have a hybrid work model in place that will allow employees to split their time between working in-office and from home a few days a week.)

Compensation: We are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry standards. We analyze and carefully consider several factors when determining compensation, including skills, qualifications and professional experience, which can cause your compensation to vary. This role has an annual targeted base salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 with variable compensation from $20,000 - $30,000; with uncapped commission potential via our accelerated comp model, and Homebot equity.   • Sales Professional - experience building strong relationships and working with complex SaaS sales cycles

What You’ll Be Accountable For: 

  • New account acquisition
  • Existing account growth over time
  • Managing the complexity of enterprise sale cycles
  • Achievement of annual sales quota
  • Engagement at the C-Level of top tier prospects/clients
  • Over growth and revenue for the assigned accounts
  • In depth knowledge and understanding of your accounts and proactive strategies around growth

Collaboration:

  • This role will report to the Manager of Mid-Market Sales
  • You will work closely with the Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams to accelerate growth for our organization
  • You will be a part of a team of five Mid-Market Account Executives on the broader Sales team

 Experience & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Account Executive/Relationship Management experience selling into the mortgage banking and financial enterprise sector or similar industries
  • Experience with selling SaaS and/or contract-based subscription services 
  • Experience selling to multiple stakeholders at the C-level and E-level of organizations
  • Experience with landing and expanding existing clients to maximize account penetration over time

Bonus Points: 

  • You are familiar with Real Estate and/or Mortgage Lending and the different stakeholders involved with homeownership
  • Experience in selling directly to bank, credit unions and mortgage lenders
  • Experience working in a start-up/fast-paced environments
