Summary of Position:

This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work with sales management to strategize, plan and implement monthly and annual sales plans for each territory. Responsible for all sales activities including, but not limited to, making sales calls daily, managing leads, following up, and closing projects. Develop and implement plans to meet both personal and company goals. Work with the sales and tech support teams to achieve of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long- term account goals in line with company vision and values.

 

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects/clients of the various solutions the company offers for their accounts. Proactively establish and maintain effective team relationships with all support departments. Answer all incoming phone calls and emails (leads) that are directed to the sales que. Effectively work with the Regional Sales Manager as a team to grow the market in sales, demand, and awareness of ISONAS. Participate and contribute to the development of educational programs offered to clients. Provide presentations and sales training for manufacturers’ representatives, distributors, integrators, engineers, and end users in the defined territory. Provide prospect/customer with price quotations and insure there is a full understanding of the parameters regarding such programs. Understand and support sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to all customers. Maintain contact with all Partner Accounts to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and receive and resolve customer complaints and difficulties in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities. Proactively call 30+ customers daily. Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed. Maintain and develop database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, direct mail, email, and networking. Research trends and industry developments through related publications, internet and training sessions to maintain and grow current knowledge base. Meet or exceed sales goals as determined by the company.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • 2+ years inside sales, telemarketing or customer service experience desired
  • Strong presentation, negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong customer focus and an ability to establish and develop strong relationships with customers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Windows environment
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com and/or basic CRM systems
  • A leader as well as a team player
  • Must be self-motivated, entrepreneurial and be able to work with little supervision
  • Must be able to work in an office setting  
  • Candidate must want to win and succeed, grow professionally and personally to reach their greatest potential
  • Technical Access Control knowledge a plus!
