What You’ll Do

The Account Executive at SnapEngage plays a key role in the sales process by taking inbound opportunities and turning them into long term, beneficial client relationships. In this role, you help prospective clients meet their own customer engagement goals by providing them with a platform solution that meets their needs, both now and in the future. 

 

  • Become an expert in our product and services, and the competitive landscape. 
  • Research prospect accounts, identify key players, and position winning strategies.
  • Qualify leads and help distill and meet client requirements.
  • Use warm (inbound) leads to develop, nurture, and close new business opportunities. There is no cold calling in this role.
  • Leverage chat, phone, and email to navigate and drive the entire sales process.
  • Conduct demos and present SnapEngage Live Chat Software in a user-friendly way, highlighting functionality based on prospect needs.
  • Demonstrate polish and professionalism, communicating with prospects at all levels, including C-Suite.
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to meet their needs better.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team quotas, with an opportunity to earn uncapped commission.
  • Ensure transparency and team success by preparing and submitting sales activity reports to help track progress and set accurate, relevant goals.
  • Be a force for good and positively contribute to the culture.
  • Take on other tasks as needed.

 

About You:

  • A minimum of 3+ years sales experience in a quota driven environment selling Software or SaaS, handling deals sized $25k and up.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and follow up skills.
  • The ability to manage complex deals through a full sales cycle to close.
  • Familiarity with RFPs, delivering demos.
  • An understanding of and the ability to leverage consultative selling skills.
  • An ability to set and meet goals and drive improvement.

  • Fluency in additional languages.
  • While SnapEngage offers exciting opportunities to travel, this role has limited to no required travel.
