Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and motivated Account Development Representative to help grow Brandfolder's ABM marketing efforts.
As our Account Development Representative, you will work alongside our marketing and sales teams to help build a qualified pipeline of potential enterprise customers. You’ll be responsible for prospecting via phone, email, social channels, and more. With the support of our marketing team and tools, we’re here to help you succeed in the role. An ideal candidate has a proven track record executing programs that drive engagement along with previous experience reaching quotas.
You will inspire the most recognizable brands in the world, like Lyft, Mastercard, and Slack and have the ability to immediately impact decision-making in a high-growth company. We’re looking for someone who asks the right questions, challenges the status quo, and makes us a better, smarter company. As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Smartsheet (Brandfolder) provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional and educational experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado, the range of starting pay for this position is $65,320 and $79,120. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market-competitive annual bonus and RSU stock grant upon accepted offer. Here’s a little more on what we’re seeking:
What you’ll do:
- Work with marketing and sales teams to plan, manage, and execute ABM programs
- Build relationships with the target audience via phone, email, and social channels
- Outbound prospecting into key accounts
- Qualify inbound leads coming from marketing programs
- Bring fresh ideas to the table on how to best engage our target audiences
- Implement testing to see what’s working and needs improvements
- Conduct detailed account mapping
- Assist with ICP list build outs
- Scheduling meetings with Sales and prospect
- Staying up to date on industry and product / services
Qualifications:
What you’ll need:
- 2+ years of experience working as an ADR or in a similar role
- Have an understanding of the nuances that come with targeting and selling to enterprise-level businesses
- Experience working with sales tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator)
- Passion for relationship building and connecting with key decision makers
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Self-starter with the ability to hit the ground running and meet quarterly quotas
- A learner, that is able to comprehend and grow knowledge of high-tech B2B trends, complex products, and messaging
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
