The Opportunity: 

The Junior Account Manager will work on the Inside Sales team and will be responsible for accelerating revenue growth through upsells, upgrades, and subscription renewals.

  • Drive revenue through Solstice software subscription renewals and upgrades:
    • Field inbound requests and triage support for existing customers on renewal and upgrade needs.
    • Engage with customers regarding upcoming subscription expirations for the year.
    • Support customers and partners and identify new business opportunities.
    • Run entitlement reports for customers to accurately gauge subscription needs for entire Pod deployments.
    • Use Salesforce.com and Excel to generate co-term and renewal quotes for partners and customers.
    • Accurately forecast upcoming renewal opportunities and keep Salesforce updated to reflect your forecast projections.
    • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience working in sales, operations, or related field
  • Degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and have extensive experience with Salesforce or similar CRM system.
  • Have a data-driven, metrics-based approach to selling
  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus but not required.
