Account Associate  

Summary

Brandzooka is actively seeking Account Associates who will combine an understanding of digital marketing with creative selling ideas to forge business relationships with a variety of small to medium businesses (SMB’s) and small to medium sized agencies (SMA’s). This SaaS sales position embodies both outbound lead prospecting as well as inbound lead qualification and lead nurture. 

Responsibilities

• Use Lead Generation and CRM tools to effectively communicate with potential advertisers. 

• Work within the sales team to identify opportunities for new markets and growth. 

• Maintain efficient outbound sales follow-up strategies.

• Manage and maintain a book of appointments on a rolling basis.

• Assist Account team with campaign management and client retention.

• Build a strong understanding of the digital advertising industry.

• Contribute strategically to the growth and direction of the Brandzooka platform. 

Requirements: 

• Extremely positive and eager.

• Sales / business development or comparable industry experience.

• Tech savvy and a proficiency in G-Suite and other office productivity tools. 

• Solid communication and critical thinking skills. 

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. 

• Ability to handle projects of sensitive or urgent nature in a professional and timely manner.

• Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours to accomplish business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree encouraged but not required.

• Experience with Salesforce CRM a plus.

• Eager to contribute to a fast-growing company.
 

Compensation

· Starting base salary of $55k + commission with a $70k on target earnings potential, based on performance. This is a quota carrying role.

· We offer 1 of the 2 platinum level insurance plans offered in Colorado. The health insurance policy covers up to 99% of the employee's premium and 50% of dependents. So, yeah, that's pretty cool!
