Sales Trainer
We are currently seeking a Sales Trainer to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This position provides comprehensive training support for the entire Vertafore Sales team. Responsibilities: · Conducts needs analyses to asses Sales training needs · Organizes and develops, or obtains, training procedure manuals and course materials such as learner and facilitator guides, handouts and visual materials, ensuring adherence to sales methodology in partnership with Sales Management · Works closely with the sales, marketing and product teams to turn market positioning, messaging and product capabilities into sales-specific content · Presents information using a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures · Responsible for administration of new hire Sales boot camps · Establishes and monitors performance metrics (KPI’s) of training programs and correlation with sales success · Drives continuous improvement on training delivery and sales productivity, and modifies programs as needed · Researches and suggests additional tools as needed to optimize sales enablement activities and programs · Administers third party training resources · Works collaboratively within the Talent Development team as part of our corporate-wide training team · Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization |

Skills & Requirements: · Experience building rapport and consulting with business leaders in a corporate environment · Needs analysis and Instructor-led training design experience Exceptional communication skills and ability to teach and coach in a clear, concise manner
· Strong organization skills and experience managing multiple projects · Strong computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point

Education & Experience: · Minimum 5 – 7 years’ experience in training facilitation and instructional design · Minimum 3 – 5 years’ Sales training experience · Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent training & experience |
