Brandfolder is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. Your primary role will be to support the Sales team operationally and administratively. You’ll have the ability to immediately impact decision-making in a high-growth company. We’re looking for someone who asks the right questions, challenges the status quo, and makes us a better, smarter company. Is that you? Here’s a little more on what we’re seeking:

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Process contracts and invoices to ensure all documentation is in compliance with revenue and company policy

  • Assist the field organization in all presales activities

  • Provide account research and assist with the pre-call planning process

  • Audit all info entered into Salesforce.com

  • Be the Salesforce.com admin who owns and makes changes as needed to the environment

  • Collaborate with the cross-functional departments in the Quote to Cash process (Legal, Accounting, Product, Sales, and Customer Experience)

  • Contribute ideas and innovations to make Brandfolder better

  • Work on special projects related to the Sales Operations department

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • You’re EXTREMELY detail oriented and HATE when things are out of place

  • 1 year of SaaS Business/Sales Operations or data management experience

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to articulate verbally and written, willingness to appropriately explain difficult issues; ability to think quickly

  • Ability to excel in a fast growing/fast paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines where adaptability is imperative

  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects and tasks

  • Strong analytical, project management and organizational skills

  • Working knowledge of Slack, Google Office, Salesforce and HubSpot

  • The drive to own high-impact projects from day one
