Sales Operations Analyst
FareHarbor is seeking a detail and data-oriented Sales Analyst at our Denver office. We’d love to chat if you’re highly motivated, independent, a fast-learner and good with numbers!
Responsibilities:
Assist Sales Management team in data analytics, ranging from day-to-day metrics, future/quarterly projections, and lead identification
Liaise with FareHarbor’s Revenue Operations team to develop new tools for growth, strategy, and data analysis specific to the Sales Team
Assist operations team with managing inbound sales distribution
When necessary, collaborate with Sales Operations in areas pertaining to outbound lead distribution and case studies
Travel:
Travel is required once per month.
The ideal candidate has:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - VBA, Macros, Pivot tables, V-lookup etc.
Strong data skills – must be comfortable analyzing reports.
Experience using data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau)
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written – be able to communicate with clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy on work output; ensures that reporting and analysis is on time and error free
Able to work quickly and to experiment and amend approach based on data analysis and results
Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 2 years of analytical experience
Bonus if you:
Knowledge of SQL is a plus
Have sales experience or worked in a sales organization
Demonstrated success in SalesOps, BizOps or a similar role using data analysis.
Have experience working in a CRM
Move extremely fast and constantly think outside-the-box
