Annual OTE $80,000 - $100,000
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for achieving sales objectives through cultivating business partnerships with decision makers, driving market share, and sales growth
- Work closely with the sales team to develop successful sales strategy
- Grow the sales team to function at its highest
- Create high potential leads through personal network outreach
- Prepare and execute on contracts and contract negotiation
REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years of successful Sales experience - must be resilient and persistent in closing deals
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field
- Player/ coach - someone who can operate and execute individually but also grow others
- Demonstrated complex contact negotiation/creation skills
- Ability to influence and drive complex initiatives and manage logistics with internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to thrive independently
- Ability to analyze/understand leading technologies and companies
- Demonstrated ability to win large program relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide solutions for client needs
- Quick learner and detailed oriented
- Very strong communication skills, complemented by both excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent relationship management skills and problem solving capabilities
- Experience with CRM (SalesForce preferred)
- Knowledge or experience with the employee benefits industry preferred
- Willingness to travel
