The Sales Analyst II will be a key contributor to the sales operations team, evaluating sales performance to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement to achieve FWI’s sales targets. The role will involve developing forecasts, evaluating pipeline integrity and velocity measurements and making recommendations to ensure effective territory alignment.

Responsibilities
- Identify current and on-going trends specific to lead and opportunity handling to improve overall performance
- Analyze data to make recommendations on sales quotas, territory allocation, account executive alignment to achieve sales targets
- Evaluate return on investment from various sales functions to determine the most effective use of resources
- Work closely with pipeline management team to evaluate pipeline validity and capacity
- Determine sales velocity based on product mix
- Collect data from variety of sources into a single view
- Compile results into executive-level presentation deliverables
- Present findings and recommendations to management in a concise and relevant manner
- Enable direct sales, indirect sales, inside sales and account management teams with actionable data
Qualifications
- 3-5 year experience in sales operations/or in-depth sales analysis
- BA or BS in related field or equivalent experience
- High level of business acumen
- Strong technical and analytical/Data Analysis experience
- Sales Force.com power user
- Expertise with Excel, Tableau and PowerPoint
- Design Board level quality presentations
