Intetics is seeking a Strategic Research Assistant, a professional who combines analytical thinking, organizational discipline, and curiosity for technology and business growth.
This is a hybrid role that blends strategic research and idea generation.
We’re looking for a structured, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious individual who can turn information into insight and ideas into actionable plans.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on business, technology, and partnership topics, using AI tools and online databases.
- Identify new ideas for business growth and lead generation, based on market trends, competitors, and innovation analysis.
- Prepare concise reports, briefs, and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Track industry developments and summarize key findings relevant to Intetics’ strategic goals.
- Assist with content preparation for meetings, presentations, and external communications (data, outlines, background info).
- Perform selected administrative and coordination tasks - scheduling, vendor communication, documentation, and follow-up tracking.
- Use Gen AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Notion AI, etc.) for research automation, content generation, and productivity.
- Attend online conferences/webinars and deliver structured summaries.
Requirements
- Exceptional English (C1+), both written and spoken.
- 3+ years of experience in research, lead, or business analysis.
- Strong analytical skills – ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Experience or interest in lead generation or business development research.
- High proficiency with AI tools, MS Office, and modern collaboration systems.
- Discretion, reliability, and strong interpersonal communication.
