Primary Responsibilities
• Identify new business opportunities/segments/solutions ReferenceConnect should pursue
• Create business cases for new initiatives
• Develop product messaging that differentiates the products in the market and resonates with various customer segments
• Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales organization
• Make recommendations to improve current solutions
• Develop the necessary materials to support the effective marketing of our products

Skills & Requirements
• Experience in the Property and Casualty insurance field required preferably 5+ years of related experience at an insurance information publisher, insurance carrier or broker working in the underwriting, product management or marketing disciplines
• Formal Product Management training preferred
• Ability to implement product management best practices
• Ability to create and manage product roadmaps
• Ability to define product vision tied to overall company strategy/objectives
• Ability to analyze and draw conclusions related to customer research relevant to the product
• Ability to articulate and drive value proposition
• Strong ability to innovate and influence
• Ability to quickly establish credibility with key stakeholders and cross functional leaders
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate meetings and articulate complex concepts
• Experience communicating direction and progress to internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
