Job Summary:

Responsible for ensuring quality standards across projects, managing QA processes, and leading a team to deliver defect-free solutions aligned with client’s business objectives. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Approve and maintain QA Plans for projects.
  • Lead QA team in manual and automated testing.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and client-specific requirements. 
  • Conduct audits and prepare quality reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for defect resolution and process improvements. 

Required Skills: 

  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC/STLC. 
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, ETL testing, and automation tools (Selenium/ UFT/ UI Path/ Python).  
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills. 
  • Familiarity with Agile practices and CI/CD pipelines. 
  • Proven experience on Insurance / Brokerage / Financial Services based projects. 
  • Understanding of policy administration systems, claims processing, and compliance workflows. 
  • Exposure to data migration and integration testing in insurance platforms. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • 6+ years in QA roles; 2+ years in leadership.
  • Certifications in QA or Quality Management (preferred). 

Physical Demands: 

  • Regular use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. 
  • Regular, repetitive movements such as typing, mouse movements, and scrolling. Ability to hear and understand spoken communications, both in person and via remote communication tools (e.g., phone, video conferencing). 
  • Ability to see and read computer screens and printed documents, as well as adjust focus. This includes prolonged periods of looking at a computer screen.
