The Project Coordinator (Contract) is responsible for project intake within the Solution Delivery Project Office. The Project Coordinator works closely with internal staff to stand up projects whose scope is centered on the automation of supply chain processes for the healthcare industry. The Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring SOWs are translated into project documentation under the close direction of the Solution Delivery Project Office.
The position requires experience in Salesforce. Some experience in project scheduling, familiarity with project management practices, and the ability to effectively communicate cross functionally within the GHX organization is needed. Some direct communication with clients may be required for specific activities.
This is a full-time contract position (45 days), Monday through Friday, up to 8 hours per day.
Principle duties and responsibilities: · Creates project initiation documentation in Salesforce.com to ensure a high quality, seamless transition of work to the assigned Project Manager. This includes creating project schedules from templates, setting project timelines, and making resource allocations. · May generate reports utilizing Excel and pivot tables to assist in identifying issues requiring attention · Escalates coordination issues that cannot be resolved, or any issue that may impact client satisfaction, to management · Assist in the development of presentations as required by the Project Office Required Skills: · 2 or more years of college level experience, associate degree or equivalent experience · Previous experience with Salesforce · Ability to multi-task and self-motivated to learn new technology · Some experience with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint · Excellent interpersonal skills including patience, flexibility, consideration, discretion, tact, confidence and effectiveness in dealing with people · Quality focused, detail oriented · Strong customer service skills required Preferred Skills: · Experience with TaskRay · Healthcare technology implementation experience a plus Global Healthcare Exchange, LLC and its North American subsidiaries (collectively, “GHX”) provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, marital status, amnesty, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
