Uplift Program Manager - Center of Excellence
Uplift Program Manager – Center of Excellence
Location: Denver, Colorado, USA
Say hello to possibilities.
It’s not every day that you consider starting a new career. We’re RingCentral, and we’re happy that someone as talented as you is considering this role. First, a little about us, we’re the global leader in cloud-based communications and collaboration software. We are fundamentally changing the nature of human interaction—giving people the freedom to connect powerfully and personally from anywhere, at any time, on any device.
We’re a $1.5 billion company that’s growing at 30+% annually and we’re expanding our Center of Excellence Team to make sure we stay ahead of the competition.
Responsibilities:
As the Program Manager – Center of Excellence you’ll build something bigger than yourself: transformative programs that will shape RingCentral’s expansion and acquisition sales teams for years to come. You’ll work cross functionally to identify what the business needs and opportunities are, gather data to derive solutions, scope them into strategies, and ultimately implement and manage programs to success to help our sales teams be the best they can.
Everything we do relies on gaining and building strong interdepartmental relationships. You'll need to be able to be empathetic, listen well and articulate what we’re doing and why. You'll translate strategy to action to propel projects forward, inspire trust, and collaborate to pursue excellence in a dynamic environment. Sometimes that means you’re building a plane during takeoff, and that’s okay. We move fast and sometimes we break things, only to rebuild them stronger than before.
Key Attributes:
You love making things better, taking things from “just an idea” to “OMG”, and working well with others. You have a passion for getting things done. No task is too big or too small when it comes to making your programs successful. You are bold, creative, and logical.
Results-Driven: You can be counted on to exceed goals successfully. You channel, and inspire excellence in everything you touch, and positively influence your partners for the betterment of the sales team.
Quick Learner: You are curious and pick up concepts quickly. You learn the innerworkings, motivations, and cause and effect relationships between departments, processes, and other programs.
Analytical: You have experience with collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating abundant data with high accuracy.
Creative: You have ideas and you keep coming up with ideas until you land on something that will work. You work comfortably with concepts, hypotheticals, and unknowns and can help others “imagine a world where…”.
Communication Skills: You know how to tailor your message to your audience, understand their motivations, and gain buy-in for your ideas. You’ll share your plan though detailed materials that outline your project plans to drive program alignment.
Collaborative: You listen to understand and respond thoughtfully. You know when and how to follow up with stakeholders to keep deliverable deadlines moving forward.
Change Management: You influence others to drive change within an organization, while reducing disruption to the business and stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you must have experience in:
- Vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done.
- Strong initiative and creativity applied through technology.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with 3-5 years of relevant program management experience, preferably in the technology sector.
- Strong presentation, organization, and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Tracking and providing transparency to your programs
- Ability to gather, interpret and apply critical thinking to data
- Ability to sell your ideas, grounded in data

- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
